'Normal' Mech - The Big Guns

Ha Ha!

For those who check out the little forum I have on my DA Page you'll see I <3 Cannons that are shoulder/back mounted.

And while it does kinda push this Mech outside the realms of 'Basic Grunt', I have my reasons;

A] this wouldn't be something that would 'actually' happen, 1 cannon with other basic weapons(no missiles) would be pushing the Mech's weight limit, and 2 would certainly go over with with just the cannons, it's still funstion, but well below par in all areas other than firepower.

B] Variety is good, Even if its not standard equipment, its not beyond the realms of possibility that out of a squad of 10 there might be 1 or 2 with a cannon for long range support.

C]I really wanted to give it a shot because I do like them so much, otherwise I'd be waiting will the majority of my KNight Mech was completed to even try making a cannon, adn I wanted to try it before doing it for that Mech.

D] It looks awesome....shutup!

Anyways, a bit more info on it, It doesn't use fancy projectiles, its basically a big sniper rifle. The Muzzle Break on the end greatly resembles that found on the Barret .50Cal Sniper, cause I <3 it so. It does have a mean kickback, so it has some recoil reduction systems built in, but the Frame still takes a good portion of it, on a Normal, you either have to be in a rock steady pose or be an idiot to fire it otherwise. Firing while airborn is an option, but due to the lower strength of the Normal's Thrusters it could tumble the Mech can cause it to 'Totally Bail Hard'.

It can also fold up, thought unlike popular belief it doesn't make it more compact, rather it makes it so its more out of the way, you gotta remember that it's stikking out behind you, but otherwise its fine.

Also in thier pic, on the right you get your first view of the back and a proper view of the split Heels. The Back is rather plain, but I kinda like it like that, its not mean to be fancy all over, as can kinda been seen in the legs a bit too.

Anyways other changes you prolly can't see, hands are slightly scaled up a tiny bit and I worked more on teh gun, but it's not in this pic so tough love! xD

I might do another pose after work tomorrow...
